October 2011– Samuel Dion, and Esq. settled a slip and fall case which was filed in the Middle District, and which involved a client that injured his knee and required knee replacement surgery for $450,000.00.
May 2009– Samuel Dion, Esq. performed a jury trial in a motor vehicle accident case in Blair County, Pennsylvania resulting in a verdict in excess of $298,000.00, and which resulted in an overall recovery of over $300,000.00 to his client. Published details of the trial are posted below.
July 2009– Samuel Dion, Esq. performed a jury trial in a sexual harassment case in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania resulting in a jury verdict in favor of his client, a part-time bartender, with a gross recovery in excess of $16,000.00 against a small tavern.
